Telluride, Colorado will serve as the location for our August 5-7, 2015 Annual Meeting! The AAED Annual Meeting has a longstanding tradition of outstanding presentations by world-renowned clinicians.

Registration and Cancellation Policies

All pre-registrations must be completed on or before JULY 31, 2015. Registrations on-site will be assessed a $25 surcharge.

Refunds, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be issued on written cancellations received on or before JULY 1, 2015. Phone cancellations WILL NOT be accepted.

AAED registration fees are not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution, but may be deductible as a business expense. Consult your tax advisor.

In the rare event of a meeting cancellation, AAED is not responsible for nor will provide refunds for costs associated with travel, airfare, hotel or transportation costs incurred by the registered attendee.
