The Conometric Concept in Implant Prosthetic: A New Way to Make Fixed Restorations

When we meet our patients, what we need are solutions and treatment plans that are not technique sensitive, and that are predictable, minimally invasive, and possible at a reasonable cost without any compromise in quality. Obtaining these combined benefits may seem impossible, yet in fact they are readily achievable.

Marco Degidi will examine the pros and cons of different approaches, emphasizing synergies, and possible drawbacks.

Particular focus will be given to the Conometric Concept, created by the presenter.

The Conometric Concept is about making fixed implant supported restoration with no screws nor cement. It can be applied on single teeth, partials, or full arches; to make temporaries or final prostheses, immediately or stage loaded, and used in combination with many type of restorative materials. It can be removed by the dentist but not by the patient.

It’s a new whole world that deserves to be discovered.

At the conclusion of this lecture participants will have gained an understanding of:

  1. How to make a fixed restoration without cement or screws
  2. How to select the appropriate abutment to make a conometric restoration
  3. How to parallelize the abutments to make a conometric multiple restoration
