Taking Control Over Challenging Cases Using the Power Trio: Ceramics, Implant, and Veneers

With the popularization of dental implants for single to complex restorations, the importance of treatment planning has been emphasized. We are frequently challenged by incorrectly positioned implants, loss of interdental papillae, soft tissue discoloration, and other problems. The connective zone between the restoration and the soft tissue is one of the most important aspects that will lead to an imperceptible esthetic oral rehabilitation. This lecture will highlight the treatment planning options for highly challenging and demanding esthetic cases by using pink ceramics, implants, and/or veneers to improve esthetic outcomes.

At the conclusion of this lecture participants will have gained an understanding of:

  1. Pre-extraction treatment for immediate loading
  2. Soft tissue management
  3. Prosthetic solutions for poor positioned implants
