Just once a year, the unique and diverse group of AAED members gathers with their invited guests to share ideas and learn from one another in a multidisciplinary forum that is both collegial and friendly. With morning educational sessions, recreational afternoon activities and evening social gatherings, the AAED Annual Meeting gives you the opportunity to learn from your peers in a stunning, beachfront setting.

Program:
The Annual Meeting brings together top-notch speakers that are experts in their fields. Lectures are kept short (approximately 20 minutes each) and combined with interactive question and answer sessions to maximize attendee learning.

At the Ritz-Carlton, Naples you will enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico, warm golden sunsets and three miles of pristine beach. The hotel boasts the Forbes Four Star Award and the AAA Five Diamond Award.
We have secured the discounted group rate of $239.00/night for a Coastal View room. Each room in our block offers a balcony and ocean views.

Social Events:
Tuesday, August 7
Golf and Tennis Tournaments (morning)
AAED will host a golf outing at the Tiburón Golf Course at the Ritz-Carlton, Naples Golf Resort located just 3 miles from our beach front property. A tennis tournament will also be offered at the Ritz-Carlton, Naples.
Welcome Dessert Reception
The first event of the meeting is an informal late night dessert reception. Join your friends and colleagues back at the hotel after dinner for some treats and cocktails before you retire for the evening. If you are just arriving Tuesday evening, this event will allow you to catch up with some attendees before the sessions begin the next day.
Suggested dress code: Come as you are! Join us after your dinner out or upon your arrival to the hotel.
Wednesday, August 8
President’s Opening Reception
Wednesday night will formally open the meeting at the President's Opening Reception. Held in open-air Center Court, bring your family to celebrate the beginning of another great AAED meeting! Dinner will be served.
Suggested dress code: Resort Casual (Ladies: sundresses, sandals. Men: shorts, short-sleeved shirts.)
Thursday, August 9
Open Evening. Enjoy Naples and the surrounding area!
Friday, August 10
Closing Dinner Dance
Say farewell to another phenomenal AAED meeting at Friday night’s closing event. Enjoy cocktails, dinner and dancing at this elegant affair. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres will be served from 6:30 - 7:00pm and dinner will begin shortly after.
Suggested dress code: Black-tie optional
Spouse and Companion Activities
On Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, registered spouses and children are invited to a special Spouse and Companion Breakfast in the Artisans Room. Registered spouses and children are invited to all evening social events.
The Advance Program will provide more details on additional activities available!
Tours
Wednesday and Thursday will feature a "tour-of-the-day" you can sign up to attend with other AAED attendees. We will also have a host of tours and activities in the area that you can participate in. Look for more details and registration information in the Advance Program.

Silent Auction
The American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry is seeking donations for our sixth Annual Silent Auction. Proceeds will be used to support and enhance our educational offerings.
